BETT 2010 with Ink Learning

fitnessgaming will be joining Ink Learning on stand T5 at BETT 2010, Olympia, 13-16 January 2010, to demonstrate how to develop childrens literacy and numeracy skills and keep them active at the same time. Ink Learnings Primary Steps maths and phonics games use a dance mat to control the games, and Ink Learnings demonstration dance mat of choice is a Cobalt Flux Just for Schools platform.

And Primary Steps is now available as an option with fitnessgamings primary school dance mat package, the Just For Schools system from Cobalt Flux, to add an active learning dimension to fun fitness.

Ofsted, PE in Schools 2005/08 – Working towards 2012 and beyond recognised the significant contribution of the PESSCL strategy in supporting improvements in PE & school sports over the past three years. “The quality of teaching was good or outstanding in two thirds of secondary schools, though more variable in primary schools”.One of the issues Ofsted raised as a concern requiring new policy and practice is motivating hard to reach groups through non-traditional activities.
